frequently asked questions
how quickly can you see me if i am in pain?
we have daily slots reserved in every dentist’s diary to see emergency patients. it is best to call at 8:30 am in the morning when we open and we offer them on a first-come-first-served basis.
i am not registered with you on the NHS – will you still see me?
our NHS emergency slots are limited in number and usually reserved for the patients that are registered with us on the NHS. if you are not registered with us, we can offer you same-day appointments on a private basis. we will do our very best to get you seen.
how much is a private emergency appointment?
we charge approximately £75 for an emergency appointment – this is paid in advance when you book the appointment and will cover the cost of your consultation with the dentist – they will have a look and conduct any necessary investigations to decide what the cause of the pain is. should you need treatment, then there will be an additional fee and the dentist will tell you exactly how much before doing anything.
what does it cost to have a tooth out privately?
it costs approximately £165 to have a tooth out on top of the consult fee but our prices may change if the tooth is very difficult to remove and requires more time and skill.
