wrinkle correction treatment
this is the most asked-for anti-wrinkle treatment we offer. we can help to smooth the fine lines and wrinkles on your face, as well as prevent new ones from appearing over time.
once applied to the facial muscles, it acts by freezing the activity of the muscles temporarily, preventing them from creating the lines which appear on our face, and get worse with age.
when applied carefully, results can be discreet. our objective is to enhance your natural beauty and not to make you look frozen or unnatural, so we aim to help you maintain normal facial expressions.
dermal fillers
dermal fillers can be used to boost your natural beauty, both by building up the volume in areas that have lost it as well as reducing the appearance of fine lines.
following a consultation to ascertain what you would like to achieve, the appointment to inject the dermal filler under your skin will take a single visit.
specifically, we can use it to treat the lines that appear between your nose and mouth and this will give your face a much younger appearance.
lip enhancements
this is one of the most popular types of treatment and allows us to enhance, reshape, smooth and define your lips by injecting a dermal filler into them.
by injecting the filler in a precise and accurate way, we can help your lips appear fuller, even out any asymmetry and define the borders for a natural pout.

how long does treatment with wrinkle correction last?
it lasts between 3-6 months, after which regular and repeated injections are necessary to maintain results and prevent lines from worsening or growing in number, with age.
what is a dermal filler made of?
it is made from a smooth, medical-grade hyaluronic acid gel, which is a substance found naturally in the deeper layers of your skin, and so is considered extremely safe. when injected into the face, it can lift and smooth the skin, as well as act as a magnet for moisture, giving it a fresher and more youthful appearance.
how long does skin or lip filler last?
hyaluronic acid, both the naturally-found component of skin, as well as the one in the injected filler, does break down naturally over time. treatment is therefore not considered permanent and may need replenishing every 3-12 months, depending on the area, to maintain results.
lip fillers tend to last longer, usually between 12 and 18 months, before treatment may be required to maintain results.
does treatment hurt?
we use very fine needles for wrinkle correction with great skill and care, so it is relatively comfortable.
injecting dermal fillers into the deeper layers of the skin may be unpleasant, but we take great care to make it as comfortable as possible. when placing filler into the lips, we can also numb the areas we are injecting into with anaesthetic to make the process completely pain-free.

I visited March Dental for my first appointment yesterday and was blown away my the amazing experience I received. What can I say, 5 star all the way!!!Dr Kish Patel and the team have been amazing from the first point of contact. Thank you to Dan, Amy, the nursing and reception teams at March Dental. My teeth were a shade of yellow due to age, cancer treatment, and general wear and tear. I had further discolouration on my two front teeth and a canine. I felt most self conscious and didn't like to smile. But now, I am smiling all the time. Everyone at March Dental are courteous and professional. Dan the dentist explained in detail and so I fully understood about the Boutique Whitening process and the further composites for the more discoloured areas on my teeth. The whitening process is straightforward to use and, although a little uncomfortable (increased sensitivity on teeth) is not painful. I felt the price was competitive and I had the reassurance of a trained team were taking care of me and regularly checking my progress.
